VIP Program Associate TAM - SQL & Technical Success

FunnelCake is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager (TAM) in Chihuahua, Mexico. This role involves supporting Technical Account Managers and advising clients on maximizing their Varicent investments. The successful candidate will have strong SQL experience and an understanding of Enterprise Software Implementation.

The Associate TAM is responsible for monitoring product performance and assisting in user coaching, all while building relationships with a portfolio of VIP clients.
