Key Responsibilities:
• Distribute benefit materials and ensure eligibility determination
• Accept and manage customer service calls
• Respond adeptly to client inquiries and requests
• Create custom policies using our Needs Analysis platform
• Stay updated through management collaboration

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven attitude with a desire to learn
