This isn't your average VA role—we need someone who understands the nuts and bolts of construction and can navigate the bridge between a blueprint and a finished project.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the engine behind our project execution, ensuring everything is measured twice so we only have to cut once.

• Takeoffs & Blueprints:
  Reviewing shop drawings and fabrication plans to prepare highly accurate material takeoffs.
• Procurement Lead:
  Managing the buying process across multiple active projects simultaneously.
• AutoCAD Verification:
  Using AutoCAD to double-check measurements before anything hits the fabrication floor.
• Vendor Relations:
  Sourcing suppliers, issuing RFQs, negotiating the best pricing, and building lo...
