Role Overview

The Virtual Repairs & Maintenance Coordinator is a core operational VA role within CND Solutions, providing structured, reliable repair coordination support to UK-based property, housing, and facilities management clients.

The role acts as the central coordination and reporting function, ensuring repairs are logged accurately, contractors are managed remotely, costs are controlled, and clear reporting is provided to UK senior management and asset teams.

This is not a technical surveying role – it is an admin-led, process-driven coordination position designed to reduce client workload, improve response times, and strengthen audit trails.
