We are looking for a customer-focused and professional Visitor Services Staff to welcome and assist visitors, provide information, support ticketing and bookings, and ensure a positive visitor experience. The role involves managing visitor flow, enforcing gallery guidelines, assisting special-needs visitors, and supporting events, educational programs, and other front-of-house operations.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with orientation, information, ticketing, and bookings.
- Manage crowds, queues, luggage, visitor numbers, and surveys.
- Enforce gallery rules and distribute visitor materials.
- Assist disabled/special-needs visitors.
- Support events and education programs.
Requirements:
- School-leaver qualification or above.
