Job Title: Regional Visual Merchandising Manager

Job Overview:
We are hiring a Regional Visual Merchandising Manager to lead end-to-end VM execution across multiple retail formats including Exclusive Brand Outlets, Multi-Brand Outlets, and General Trade within the Bengaluru region. The role is responsible for maintaining premium brand presentation, flawless execution, and high-speed campaign rollouts across flagship and high-footfall stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead VM execution across 70+ retail touchpoints in the region
Ensure adherence to brand VM guidelines and planogram compliance
Manage VM for new store openings and renovations with timely readiness
Conduct regular VM audits and on-ground training for store teams
Execute regional and national campaigns, pop-ups, and in-store activations
Manage local vendors for fabrication, printing, and installations
Collaborate with marketing, projects, and mall management teams
