Job Description
The role encompasses from drawing up production timeline/schedule, negotiation with suppliers and vendors, oversee production processes and working cohesively with CFAS, organize standard work flow and processes to meet campaign deadline and budget management.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate visual merchandising and campaign requirements for SM Store.
- Collaborate and work closely with VMD Creative/Design team and production partners and vendors on prop research, development, distribution and budget.
- Oversee the creative campaign ordering process, logistics, installation for all stores, along with any local production needs.
- Monitor production & installation constantly during campaign roll out to ensure output meets quality standards.
- Liaise with the graphic team on the material for production; the head office & store-level field team for the feedback on the material order allocation and installation related issues.
