RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support teams in the development of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Support in the creation of detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budget.
- Support in tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and strengths.
- Establish and maintain clear communication channels with all project stakeholders.
- Support in the creation of scorecards and plans follow ups regarding VOS Maturity Assessment
- Address issues and concerns raised by team members or stakeholders.
- Review that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
