They're looking for a founding HRBP leader to join their Toronto office, fully on-site, 5 days a week
The Role
This is a blank-sheet builder seat. You'll be the first dedicated People hire, coming in to design, build, and run the HR and People Ops function from the ground up. High exec proximity, real scope, and the kind of mandate that doesn't come around often
What You’ll Own
- Building and running the People function end-to-end, People strategy aligned to fast-moving business priorities
- Coaching and advising leadership on talent, retention, and change
- HR systems and infrastructure - ATS, HRIS, payroll, benefits
- Compliance, workforce data integrity, and audit readiness
