VP - Real Estate Investment

Hays have partnered up with one of the largest capital market regulated investment firms in Saudi Arabia to assist them in hiring a VP of Real Estate Investments.The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate investments, with strong knowledge of development and income-generating funds and must be well versed in CMA regulations.Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of assigned real estate funds and ensure strategic alignment with the Head of Real Estate Investments.

Manage development and income – generating funds. This includes cash flow oversight, project progression and resolving legal/construction obstacles.

Executive financial modelling, exit waterfall calculations and sensitivity analysis.

Report on financial performance of real estate investments.

Ensure absolute compliance with CMA regulations.
