What You’ll Do:

• Keep it Sparkling: Operate the industrial dishwasher and hand-wash pots and pans.
• Support the Chefs: Assist with basic food prep (peeling, chopping, and sorting) during the production day.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure the kitchen, prep areas, and floors are clean, safe, and hygienic.
• Manage Stock: Help unload deliveries and organise the dry stores and cold rooms.
• Waste Control: Manage recycling and refuse to keep the back-of-house tidy.
