The Estimator will play a crucial role in the success of our projects by accurately estimating the cost and resources required for various projects. Responsibilities:- Data Entry & Management:
- Accurately and efficiently enter project data into the company's CRM system
- Maintain accurate records of all estimates, bids, and project costs
Manage and organize project documents, including plans, specifications, and proposals
Takeoffs:
Perform accurate and detailed takeoffs from blueprints and specifications, including:
Material quantities (e.g., concrete, lumber, steel)
