Wanted: Senior Project Manager - SAP MM

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily service delivery for SAP MM and Procurement processes.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Monitor incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Drive continuous service improvements and operational excellence.

SAP MM & Procurement Expertise

• Support and manage SAP MM modules including: Procurement process (PR → PO → GR → Invoice), Vendor management & master data, Inventory management, Material master & valuation.
• Act as functional SME for SAP MM-related issues and enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical teams for issue resolution and system improvements.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as primary point of contact for business and client stakeholders.
• Conduct regular service review meetings.
• Provide status reports, insights, and recommendations.
