We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team in the hardware industry. The role involves coordinating day‑to‑day warehouse activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, and providing administrative support to the operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling industrial, construction, or home improvement hardware products and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of hardware products, tools, fittings, and supplies
- Process purchase orders, goods receipts, dispatch notes, and invoices in the warehouse management system (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
