A Warehouse and Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the storage, distribution, and transportation of goods in a supply chain. This role ensures efficient warehouse operations while optimizing logistics for timely deliveries and cost savings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- Certifications in logistics and supply chain management (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD), Six Sigma, or OSHA certification for safety).
- 3-5+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in inventory control, shipping, receiving, and distribution.
