**Warehouse & Production Associate**
**Location:** Largo, FL
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
**Pay:** $20.00 per hour
**Employment Type:** Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
**Position Summary**
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse & Production Associate to join a growing specialty chemical manufacturing team. This position combines warehouse, production, and inventory responsibilities, supporting the blending, packaging, and shipping of products while maintaining quality and safety standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Warehouse Operations**
+ Pick, pack, and prepare small package and LTL orders for shipment.
+ Pack boxes, stack products, and wrap pallets for shipping.
+ Process inbound and outbound shipping paperwork.
+ Load and unload trucks as needed.
+ Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and physical inventories.
