Warehouse Coordinator (Founding Team) (Guadalajara)

Location: Zapopan (Carretera a Colotlán km 1.4)

We are building the PERGOLUX Custom Design Factory in Guadalajara from the ground up -- and we are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to be our eyes and ears on the floor from day one. This is not a static role. You will start by executing the fundamentals and grow into full ownership of the warehouse operation as the factory scales.

What You’ll Do

• Execute the daily Inbound process by receiving, inspecting, and flawlessly scanning all incoming materials into our ERP/WMS.
• Own the Outbound flow, ensuring every custom pergola kit is packed with 100% accuracy and follows our premium packaging standards.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to ensure the digital system perfectly reflects the physical reality of the warehouse. ...
