Warehouse & Inventory Assistant

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

This role primarily supports the Service Delivery Manager in coordinating day‑to‑day activities of the Warehouse including inventory logging, storage and distribution. The role also supports logistics ensuring smooth flow of items procured along the process through brokerage and delivery to the warehouse.

INVENTORY

• Utilize inventory‑tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels
• Assist relevant departments with inventory levels by providing reports and updates on shipping, logistics etc.
• Liaise with shippers, customs and delivery crews as needed to track and ensure timely delivery of inventory
• Ensure compliance with warehouse processes and documentation and conduct stock counts as needed
