Responsibilities
- Lead and support warehouse associates to achieve daily operational and productivity targets.
- Monitor warehouse activities, safety standards, and service levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct daily team briefings and provide performance updates and reports.
- Guide team members on warehouse procedures, work instructions, and operational best practices.
- Support attendance tracking, employee training, and team development initiatives.
- Escalate operational issues and risks to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, new project implementations, and cross‑functional warehouse operations.
- Provide backup support to supervisors as required.
