The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations within a multi–business unit warehouse environment. This role ensures efficient, accurate, and cost-effective management of inventory, logistics, staffing, and operational processes across multiple product lines or divisions. The Operations Manager drives performance, safety, service levels, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining alignment with overall financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations across multiple business units.
- Ensure efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processes.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet productivity, accuracy, and service targets.
