Not every Operations Manager role is operational.
Some are meetings.
Some are spreadsheets.
Some are reporting to people who don't actually want change.
This isn't that.
This is a wholesale distribution business that needs someone to take control of the warehouse and delivery operation - properly.
You'll be responsible for:
It's hands-on.
If something isn't working, you fix it.
If a process is clunky, you improve it.
If money is being wasted, you stop it.
But this isn't about cutting...

- 10 warehouse staff
- 2 drivers
- The flow of stock in and out
- Couriers
- Costs
- Standards
- Efficiency
It's hands-on.
If something isn't working, you fix it.
