Here at GXO, we're recruiting for a Warehouse Shift Manager to support our IKEA operation in Dartford . This is a full time, permanent role , working any 5 from 7 on a PM shift pattern (14:00 - 22:00) , where you'll play a critical role within the site leadership team, ensuring operational performance, service delivery and team engagement are consistently achieved.
