This is a 2nd shift position. We are seeking an Operations Supervisor in the warehouse distribution center to oversee daily operations, manage our represented workforce team, manage inventory, ensure quality control, and supervise the receiving of inbound shipments. This team member must be able to rotate into first and second shift, given the business needs. This leadership role requires ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining the timeliness of shipments to our customers. The ideal candidate for this entry level position is professional, has managerial courage, willing to learn the business, a problem solver, and demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior.
