You'll ensure smooth daily operations, guiding and coaching Team Leaders across three shifts: 07.00 - 15.30, 15.00 - 23.30, and 23.00 - 07.30. With your keen eye for process optimization and your ability to handle ad hoc situations, you'll oversee a team of over 350 colleagues, contributing to the seamless sorting of up to half a million packages each day.
