Job Description

Reporting to the VP of Operations, Distribution, the Warehouse Supervisor coordinates the day-to-day receiving, storage, order picking, shipping and inventory operations. They will ensure compliance with health and safety standards, quality, service times, and optimisation of resources (labour, equipment, space). The position requires field leadership, proactive priority management and a strong capacity for operational analysis.
Responsibilities:
Enforce health & safety rules, conduct safety meetings, perform workplace observations, incident investigations and corrective action plans.
Ensure that all occupational health and safety requirements are met and record relevant information in the EHS system.
Plan, organize and supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping and inventory activities.
Assist with a broad range of warehouse tasks. Allocate labour by area/activity based on volumes.
