Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor leads the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe movement and storage of goods. This role focuses on operational excellence, team character development, and cost efficiency while maintaining a well-organized and secure facility.

Responsibilities

• Team Supervision & Development: Lead, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to uphold productivity, discipline, and teamwork. Instill a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement. Provide training on safety, SOPs, and inventory handling procedures.
• Warehouse Operations: Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of items according to schedules and standards. Ensure accuracy in inventory transactions and documentation using warehouse management systems (WMS). Coordinate closely with logistics, production, and purchasing teams to align warehousing activities with business needs.
