JOB DESCRIPTION The team leader daily logistics operations within the plant, focusing on raw materials receipt and finished goods dispatch. Manage and optimize storage solutions for raw materials and finished goods to ensure space utilization and inventory integrity. Oversee inventory management processes including stock tracking, cycle counts, and reconciliation to maintain high levels of stock accuracy. Coordinate shuttle operations between the warehouse and the plant to ensure timely and efficient material flow. Collaborate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to align logistics activities with production schedules and customer delivery requirements. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations, inventory accuracy, and transportation efficiency.
