Warehouse Technician - Lighting

Warehouse Technician works in the warehouse, assisting with the preparation and dispatch of hire equipment. The role provides support to ensure exceptional service delivery and meets business requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Preparation, assembly, and de-preparation of live events lighting equipment.
• Ensuring equipment is delivered on time with appropriate packaging and documentation.
• Reporting any anomalies, lost, stolen or damaged equipment to managers.
• Maintaining the hire preparation area clean, organised and tidy.
• Assisting with loading and tipping of courier/transport vehicles.
• Coordinating effectively with third parties and customers to provide high standard of support.
• Communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders, both written and verbal.
• Acting as a Solotech ambassador at all times.
• Performing any other reasonable requests from the manager.
