HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
- Oversee activities and inspections carried out by the service facility on railway vehicles
- Maintain customer contact regarding operations and complaints
- Ensure the accuracy of data entered into the service system by service employees
- Monitor KPI compliance, including controlled vehicle downtime during complaint handling
- Initiating and maintaining dialogue with suppliers regarding expected solutions, identified issues, open points...
