Job Description
- Responsible for assisting passenger car service providers in the region in handling customer complaints about quality assurance and handling various technical and non-technical issues;
- Responsible for handling pre audit of passenger car claim reports within the region, implementing agent feedback on claim reports, etc;
- Responsible for project control within the region, conducting research and feedback on frontline market data;
- Responsible for providing feedback, following up, and promoting the resolution of special event data within the region;
- Responsible for claims accounting: verifying and organizing accounts payable for distributors, and verifying and organizing accounts receivable for claims from OEMs;
- Regularly inspect and supervise the scrapping of claims.
