As a key member of Veolia’s Technical Ops Services, you will manage customer support for water treatment systems. This role demands technical acumen in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components alongside strong people management skills. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams and product managers to ensure seamless service for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage post-commissioning technical support and warranty claims
• Drive feedback for sustained product improvement to engineering
• Lead resolution of customer issues throughout project lifecycle
• Document and report on case progress within CTS application
• Facilitate client workshops and resolutions through RCA teams
