Your job:
- Provide administrative support to the team to ensure superior customer service, in person, over the phone, and by email
- Coordinate the schedules of wealth management advisors
- Prepare the required documentation ahead of scheduled meetings
- Follow up with clients before and after meetings
- Ensure accurate processing of regulatory updates and follow up on any missing documentation
