Site Developer / Site Acquisition Specialist – POS25254
Based: Centurion
Salary & Benefits: R12 – 15 000.00 + Bonuses for each installed structure. + Laptop and fuel allowance provided
Requirements:
• Fluent in English or Afrikaans.
• Own reliable vehicle.
• Experience in telecom site development, town planning, or outdoor advertising is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and secure new locations for outdoor advertising structures.
• Negotiate lease agreements with potential landlords.
• Compile documentation for municipal application processes.
• Coordinate with project and technical teams for smooth installations.
• Travel to scout and assess new sites.
