Web Project Coordinator (Mississauga)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Web Project Coordinator to support the delivery and maintenance of our digital web platforms. In this role, you will coordinate small web projects from discovery through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live, while ensuring clear communication and alignment between internal and HQ teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead web projects activities from initial discovery through UAT and go-live.
• Coordinate timelines, priorities, and deliverables with all relevant stakeholders.
• Communicate regularly with HQ teams (product owners, service managers and developers) and business units (Canadian banners) to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Support business approval workflow and ensure required steps are completed before launch.
• Prepare and coordinate post-go-live announcements and follow-up communication.
