Job Description
WEINS Auto Group is seeking a Project Administrator CO-OP to support the Facilities Department, focusing on project administration and coordination. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a passion for construction.
As a Project Administrator, you will work directly with the Program Manager - Facilities to ensure the smooth processing of projects. Duties include handling maintenance invoices, coordinating suppliers, and maintaining facility compliance documents. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as you will also conduct inspections and manage work orders.
