Job Description
A manufacturing company is seeking a Weld Foreman to oversee daily welding operations, lead a team of weld technicians, and ensure production goals and quality standards are met. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Job Duties:
- Supervise and support weld technicians; assign daily tasks and monitor workflow
- Oversee robotic, projection, and resistance welding operations
- Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of welding equipment
- Track and manage raw materials and parts inventory for production jobs
- Step in to perform robotic, projection, and resistance welding as needed
