Job Summary:
The Welding Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of welders and fabricators to ensure that all welding operations are executed according to project specifications, safety standards, and deadlines. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise in welding methods, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and welding procedures accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily welding and fabrication activities on-site or in the workshop.
Interpret and review fabrication drawings, welding procedures (WPS/PQR), and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Allocate work assignments to welders and ensure proper use of welding machines and consumables.
