CSWIP or AWS certified or have comprehensive knowledge and experience of 10 years in welding inspection at refineries or petrochemical plants.Shall have thorough knowledge of applicable welding codes and standards including AWS D1.1, ASME Section IX, API 1104, and ASME B31.3.Capable of reviewing and approving Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ) records.Shall perform pre-weld inspection including joint preparation, fit-up, alignment, root gap, bevel angle, and pre-heat verification.Shall perform in-process welding inspection including inter-pass temperature monitoring, welding parameter verification, and inter-pass cleaning.Shall perform post-weld inspection including visual examination, dimensional checks, and PWHT verification.Knowledgeable in various welding processes including SMA...
