This role forms part of the wellness offering at Pezula Nature Retreat, within the Village n Life hospitality group.
The Role
As a Wellness Host you’ll guide guests through their wellness journey – from assisting with physical activities and orientation walks to coordinating spa, yoga and in-room wellness experiences. Your energy, creativity and hospitality will shape memorable wellness moments for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests, addressing queries and tailoring wellness experiences
- Assist with activities such as yoga, hikes and wellness workshops
- Conduct property orientation walks, highlighting wellness facilities and outdoor spaces
- Coordinate wellness touchpoints including turndowns, in-room setups and amenities
- Support spa bookings and guest flow in collaboration with therapists
