As a Training Courseware Developer (L3), you will create and maintain courseware for customer and service center training. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with instructors and Subject Matter Experts, developing eLearning content, and ensuring course materials align with product designs. You'll also be required to interface with various internal teams to enhance course offerings.
