About the opportunity The Senior Services Consultant guides the overall designanddelivery of Dayforce Consulting Services engagements leveraging Dayforce to meet customer requirementsandprovides oversightanddirection to team members. The Senior Services Consultant is considered an expert in HCM consulting with a strong SaaS technology foundationandhas been involved in multiple projects of diverse size & complexity with repeated project excellence over time. This individual works independently with customersandcan influence outcomes based on knowledge in most or all skill areas. They have already distinguished themselves as an activeandvisible leaderandenjoy coaching others.
