Winpak is looking for a Wincoating Manager to join our team based out of Winnipeg, MB.
Reporting to the Senior Extrusion Manager, the Wincoating Manager is responsible for leading the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the Wincoating department. This role provides strategic and day-to-day leadership to supervisors, technical resources, and production teams while driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, reliability, and employee engagement.

- Provide leadership and direction to Wincoating Supervisors, Process Specialists, and production teams to achieve operational objectives.
