Job Summary
The Compute Administrator will be responsible for managing and supporting critical infrastructure components across multiple Market Performance Partnership environments. This role involves proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of compute resources, faxing solutions, secure file transfer platforms, and printing systems. Includes overseeing environments' health and facilitation of high severity incidents to improve the state of service availability and continuity.
Document all hardware, application, facility, etc. problems and take corrective action as required. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Windows server administration, virtualization technologies, and enterprise printing solutions, with additional skills in Citrix and Linux considered a plus.
