Wire Bonding Engineer (1-Year Contract) – Training Provided

RECRUITFIRST PTE. LTD. is seeking an Associate Engineer for a 1-year contract based in Serangoon North. The position offers a salary up to $3,500, depending on experience, and requires no prior experience as training will be provided.

The successful candidate will be involved in building, testing, and troubleshooting wire bonding machines. The role is Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays and fixed shifts available.
