The kitchen showcases a modern interpretation of Asian cuisine, drawing influence from China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on precision, consistency, and execution standards.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on kitchen role responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality wok execution within a structured and fast-paced team environment.
