TasNetworks is seeking an experienced Work Inspector – Substation Construction to support the safe, high‑quality delivery of construction activities across the North West Transmission Developments (NWTD) project. In this field‑based role, you will provide on‑site oversight, technical assurance, and quality verification for substation augmentation and major upgrade works, ensuring all activities meet TasNetworks’ design standards, safety requirements, and project milestones.
Working closely with contractors, project engineers, commissioning teams, and site supervisors, you will help ensure that civil, structural, and electrical (primary and secondary systems) works are constructed to specification, risks are managed effectively, and all activities support the safe and reliable operation of the ...
