About the Role
We are currently seeking a thought leader in Workday HCM space. In this role you will work with clients in all phases of deployment as well as post-production to assist with defining requirements, complete development, and deploy solutions. The Consultant typically reports to a Manager level position within the Delivery organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a Workday expert with knowledge in design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities;
Leverage your expertise to recommend the best solution based on the client's requirements, budget, and time-frame; with the flexibility to adapt the scope as additional needs are identified;
Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday HCM solution;
