Job Description
Responsible for configuration and support of RGP’s Workday HCM system including requirements elicitation, solution design, system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. This role serves as a point-of-contact and subject matter expert for assigned functional areas within Workday such as Core HR, Payroll, Compensation and Absence Management . Primary Functions: Leads the administration, maintenance and configuration of HR systems for the company. Collaborate with business partners to capture and document requirements for Workday enhancements and fixes. Key contributor on HR system projects (scope, design, testing, and implementation). Contributes to, develops and maintains systems and workflow architectures. Design and develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation to support change management.
