What You Will Do:
An HRIS Technical Associate Director will play a key role in owning and optimizing our Workday HRIS system, primarily focusing on the HR modules for HCM Core, Absence, Talent/Performance, Journeys and other modules. You will serve as functional and technical point of contact in support of HR Functional Leads subject matter experts to consult, design and implement holistic end-to-end solutions that enable improved business processes and capabilities and provide valuable insights to support HR and business strategies.
