The Role Offers: Leverage over 10 years of experience to lead customers through all project phases of Workday HCM Implementation, from discovery to deployment. Utilize in-depth knowledge and proficiency in Core HR, Recruiting, Absence & Time Tracking, Payroll, Integration & Reporting within the Workday application. Offer valuable advice to customers on fully integrating the Workday system within their business environment and with 3rd-party systems. Apply knowledge of localization and legislative requirements, particularly in the UK and US contexts.
